Ahmed Rasel (b. 1988, Barishal, Bangladesh) is a visual artist and photographer whose work addresses social, political, and environmental issues, including climate change, urbanization, and collective memory. His practice blends art and advocacy, preserving local culture and history as a living archive. Rasel was a finalist for the 2018 Samdani Art Award and recognized by Tate Modern as a top artist at the 2018 Dhaka Art Summit.
